Yes. Therapy rooms can be shared between two or three practitioners, making the cost more manageable while still providing a consistent, personalised environment. Shared therapy room arrangements are coordinated between the practitioners involved.
Absolutely. High-speed fibre internet is available throughout the building, supporting seamless online therapy sessions alongside in-person appointments. Many of our practitioners work in a hybrid model, seeing some clients face to face and others via video.
Your rental includes sole use of your therapy room, high-speed internet, secure storage, kitchen access, and membership of the Onega Gate practitioner community. The group therapy room is available to book separately. There are no hidden fees.
Unfortunately, we do NOT have wheelchair access.
Yes. We have two free allocated parking spaces as well as an EV charger parking space.
Yes. 5 Onega Gate is a discreet therapy room location, set away from the high street in a quiet area of Surrey Quays. There is no prominent signage visible from the street. Clients can arrive and leave with complete discretion.
Yes. The dedicated group therapy room is available for group programmes, workshops, CPD training events, clinical supervision, and more. It is equipped for both in-person and hybrid delivery. See our group room page for full details.
Yes. Each therapy room includes secure, lockable storage so you can keep therapeutic tools, client resources, and personal items on site between sessions. This is one of the key benefits of sole occupancy over hourly hire.
Yes. There is a shared kitchen where you can store food, make tea and coffee, and take a break between sessions. It is also a natural space for informal connection with other practitioners in the community.

Yes. Unlike hourly therapy room hire, Onega Gate offers long-term therapy room rental with sole occupancy. You are not booking a slot in someone else’s room — you have your own dedicated space that you can personalise, store materials in, and return to every day. It is a professional home for your practice, not a temporary booking.
